Ijeoma Mbaneme is a Senior Cloud and Security Architect with over 15 years of international experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes for organisations ranging from high-growth start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises across Nigeria, the Middle East, and Europe.

Her career spans two complementary disciplines. As a Modern Workplace expert, she has designed and implemented innovative technology solutions that optimise IT processes, drive systems integration, and enable organisations to adopt agile, cloud-first ways of working. As a Cloud and Security Architect, she leads enterprise data security programmes for major financial institutions in Ireland, specialising in Microsoft Purview, Copilot governance, Data Security Posture Management, DLP, Insider Risk Management, and information protection. She brings both disciplines together in her current work,  helping organisations not just adopt modern technology, but govern and protect it responsibly.

She has worked across sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, and professional services, consistently bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

She holds a first-class degree in Computer Engineering and a portfolio of advanced Microsoft certifications, including SC-100, AZ-500, SC-400, AB-100, and AB-730. She is an active Microsoft Certified Trainer, delivering enterprise-level training on Microsoft 365 and AI Administration to professionals across Ireland and beyond.

Promoting opportunities for women and girls in technology has been a defining thread throughout her career. Having built her own international career from the ground up, Ijeoma coaches and mentors women navigating the technology sector, volunteers with organisations that support women in STEM, and speaks openly about what it takes to thrive in a male-dominated industry. She has been recognised as one of Nigeria's Top 100 Career Women and holds back-to-back Gender Mainstreaming Awards for her contribution to advancing women in the workplace.
