She has demonstrated a consistent focus on entrepreneurship driven by technology and has actively worked to create opportunities for women and girls in the technology sector. Throughout her career, she has thrived in the male-dominated technology sector, encouraging other women and girls to explore available opportunities. Ijeoma is an experienced systems integrator and digital transformation strategist, proficient in achieving profitable business outcomes by leveraging agile technology solutions. She has over a decade of experience working in various sectors, with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500.

Promoting opportunities for women and girls has been a core value in her career and I truly believe that no one comes to the world with knowledge and anybody can truly be who they want to be through hard work and dedication. Ijeoma is also committed to women empowerment and enhancing the confidence of women in technology. Her interests include coaching and mentoring young women, volunteering, and supporting not-for-profit organizations that promote the development of women and girls in technology.
